It is a drainer when you talk and think about it and talking about it has the potential of giving you a heart attack that no medicine can cure. It makes you live in a moment of anger and whatever the other person says will only make you angrier and for the destructive mind, it usually ends in mayhem, blackmail, counter blackmail, assassination, hooliganism, cheating, militancy, rituals etc.
Got this off the internet while trying to find a lazy way for one of my pals to get in shape and avoid getting "pregnant" due to his reckless "chewing" habit. I think it will help someone to take note of these and learn to be "disciplined". Although some persons see the bulging tommy/belly as a sign of enjoyment, others see it as a sign of sickness and discomfort and it is on that premise that I bring this to your notice.
