Rick Ross Buys 109 Room Mansion in Georgia

HOUSE REAL, REAL BIG! Rick Ross Buys Evander Holyfield’s 109-Room Mansion (DETAILS)

Rick Ross realized this and just bought former boxing champion Evander Holyfield’s Atlanta mansion. Holyfield lost the property last year due to foreclosure.
The 45,000-square-foot mansion hit the market for $8.2 million. We’re not sure how much Ross paid himself, but the starting price at auction was $2.5 million. The mansion is massive: built in 1994, the house, which sits on 235 acres, features 109 rooms, a bowling alley, a 135-seat movie theater, an Olympic-size pool and a baseball field.

Rick Ross talked to Revolt TV about his latest purchase. It seems like it was a dream purchase for the man. He told Revolt: ”I rolled by that property for years, and I just used to look at it.”

The mansion was scheduled for the auction block in November, but the official sale price hasn’t been disclosed. But last week, one of the rappers on Ross’ music label posted a picture on Instagram of the compound’s apparent new owner.
“New crib is unreal,” fellow rapper Meek Mill posted, effectively announcing the sale.
There’s a picture of Ross, whose real name is William Roberts II, at the top of a grandiose staircase.
The “crib” is beyond unreal compared to the average home.

With 109 rooms, the mansion has a dining room big enough to seat 100, a bowling alley, a 135-seat movie theater, an Olympic-size pool and a baseball field. There’s also a separate 4,000-square-foot home on the property.

So here’s the trouble with the crib: it’s kind of a money pit. It costs about $1 million a year to maintain the thing.
Which means, Ross, baby, you gotta keep the hits coming.
