I am having the best Sunday ever; What about you?
Ok, this Sunday I am at a very nice family hideaway. This very house is what you will and should call a home. I have as a matter of fact been blogging from that wonderful residence and from what you can see in the pictures posted herein, it is a home away from home.
Did you grow up to use the Post Office?
This is a post office as I happened on it at Lekki some days ago, actually, some weeks ago and I have not had the time to tell you about it. For those of us who were around in the 80s, we sure had the time of our lives using the Post Office before the Yahoos and the entire social media boom came calling. I used to receive letters and packages from pen pals overseas and most importantly from Bible Societies. These Bible societies sends us tracks and bibles and some other gospel materials and whoever receives such things those days will always be the envy of his friends. See more pictures below...

True Series: Last Night at Ajegunle 2
"..but officer I am a guest here...I don't know this people" I was protesting while trying to free myself from his very firm grip, but the officer didn't even speak to me, he kept dragging me and when we got to the waiting van outside with my eyes still blurry and dripping from the sting of the teargas, I saw they had rounded up so many people.
I could hear myself by now speaking in tongues and asking God to come and deliver me from this kind of wahala I have come to find myself.

True Series: Please help me! This PA job no different from Houseboy
True Series
So I have to say something about this whole fancy house boy/girl job lots of us do and pretend to be better off. The true definition or let me say, the definition of the word PA which in full means "Personal Assistant" says a secretary or administrative assistant working exclusively for one particular person. So if you ask me, what is different from the role of a house help?
I was at a photo shoot for PLUS Size ladies and it was fun!
So yesterday, I was at a photo shoot for PLUS Sized ladies and I had a blast and decided to share these Behind The Scenes shots. Ok, let me say something real quick...,plus sized ladies are beautiful o. You know that moment when you take your time to look at them and then start seeing the beauty in them? That was what happened yesterday. I fell in 'love' with the orobos because they have everything, from beauty to brains, sassiness to naughtiness, boobs to backside and some more. Enjoy the BTS shoots below...

When I met Dj Zeez (photos)
Ok, so I met DJ Zeez at a fast food joint Sunday evening at about 9pm, while returning from the filling station where I spent over an hour waiting to get fuel. At first, I wasn't sure if it was him so I had to 'paparazzi him' to be sure. (Zeez, in case I rubbed your hand with Fuel, abeg no vex o, na the situate wey we find ourselves). The guy was really accommodating though and when I walked up to him and asked if he was Dj Zeez, he said yes and from the way he carried himself, he was just himself.

Live at the Ikoyi Passport Office (photos)
Ok, so I am at the Ikoyi Passport office to help a friend get her house help a passport and I am awed by the crowd here and the humbleness Nigerians exhibit here is amazing. I mean if you misbehave, you may be declined a passport and you have to behave and swallow the 'shit' anybody gives you until you get your kpally nau. No its not for me o jare, I have a passport and mine was done in Port Harcourt so this is about me being at the Passport office and giving you the details as I see it first hand. Its been over 2 hours and as at the time of this post, the lady was just called in for her data to be captured.

How I was thrown out of an event in Lagos
OK. I know this may sound not new especially since in most events we have the people who seem to know the celebrants more than the family members themselves, but then in as much as it is true not everybody will be bold enough to write their experiences but I will because I am trying to get something and in the process I am being harassed and thrown out of venues by some over zealous "friends of the family" and on this occasion, they were really mean to photographers and press men and even asked me who served me a plastic bottle of Sprite!!! Yes, they did.
What we have lined up for this week!
Extra
Extra!
Sorry about my being away for sometime and that was due to some 'situate' that proved really unmanageable and tried as I did to get it resolved, I just couldn't see myself coming to post some very good things for you and that kept going and was going to finally end this love I have for writing until I got a call from my wife and this is how the conversation went...(mind you, the wife is always right)Tuesday, April 12, 2016
Do you know this game called Draft? (photos)
This game is called the Draft Board Game, but from where I come from which is the Village, it is simply called 'draft' and it is believed that its 'only' played by jobless people. The game is kinda addictive and you will mostly see laborers, and in most cases, known unemployed drunks and poor men playing it (that is from where I come from and also in most places where I see people play this game in Nigeria). See more pictures below...

other growing pressures is an indicator of their leadership
preparedness, maturity and acumen.

True Series: Last night at Ajegunle
Well, I was at Ajegunle last night and I must confess it was an experience. I have always been hearing about Ajegunle all along while having spent in and out almost 9 years in Lagos without ever setting my feet there; but last night I was at Ajegunle and I have a story to tell.
